April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born on July 4 on the 4th of July, 1995. When she was in the 7th grade she began taking guitar lessons and piano lessons. It was this that ignited her love to write songs. April Lockhart wrote her first song, Different at the age 12 years old. She spent lots of hours at the age of 14 creating songs, and practicing her music. Then she began to take excursions to write with her father in NY and LA. April also began to include other related topics for some of her peers who are dealing with such things as bullying by peers and teenager suicide, as in the song"Take" my Hand. Lockhart collaborates with popular clean beauty brand Ilia and also is a lifestyle influencer with her own large following. Disability is an aspect of her persona, however it is not the whole image. Lockhart's profile on Instagram doesn't hide her disability but doesn't concentrate solely on her disability. What message is it sending? The message is that we are more than the physical person we are. Our identities are intricate and comprise a multitude of factors. We don't want to allow that to be the only thing that defines me. I don't want to be a disability influencer who only talks about, because there are numerous other aspects of me Lockhart shares her thoughts via video from her residence in Nashville. It doesn't impact my normal life. I just do every day as normal and have found ways to manage things. It's an integral element of my life so it is important to talk about the subject. Lockhart who is an inspiration to accept oneself in all aspects and is currently on a lengthy road to reach it. Lockhart admits to having experienced periods when she felt uncomfortable in wearing certain clothing styles which showed her arms. She wears what she likes and posts photos of herself dressed in outfits she wears on social media. It's all a process is the one thing I'm not aware of until you've arrived her self-love statement. This is a process, and I don't think you ever get there. The idea of having people that understand you and can see your feelings is crucial as they'll be the ones that remind you of what are you concerned about?
